Job Profile

• Installation of multiple applications including Sterling B2B Integrator (SI), Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and Connect Direct in all environments. Work with business owners to gather requirements for the Data file transmission process
• Onboard all file transfers going through the transformation process, assist with troubleshooting and remediation
• Work with application owners to define, map, onboard integrations, and troubleshoot based on requirements
• Support daily production activities, fix issues, and provide root cause
  analysis
• Support and administer enterprise File Transfer environments in IBM Sterling Suite of products
• Create XML / Business Process modeling / Xpath files in both UAT and Prod. Develop and implement automation processes to replace manual tasks
• Create Routing Channels templates like Static, Dynamic,
  Batch Process, Broadcasting, Consumer Identification and set up various communications using protocols FTP, TCP/IP, SFTP, HTTPS, AS2 with trading partners
• Solution implementation and change
  management using various tools and technologies such as OS/390/zOS and JCL, SQL and database structures, UNIX Shell Scripting
• Transfer secure data between external partners and internal servers using IBM Sterling Secure Proxy
• Installation of middleware products on-premises/AWS by using
  OpenShift/Containerization
• Provide access to users of different applications by using LDAP, Active
  Directory, and other authentication systems
• Customize generic SFG business processes to enhance
  functionality and meet different partner requirements. Configuration of different adapters as per business requirements and validation of trading partners in Sterling Connect Direct
• Interact with Network Security team for Firewalls configurations to allow Internal and External partners to communicate with our EDI
  servers
• Deliver data to users by using encryption protocols and various encryption software, such as PGP, GPG, PKI
• Installation of related tools, support packages, scripts, etc
• Creation and execution of test data and test plans
• Involved in Unit, functional and Integration Testing. Verification of installation and configuration Setup Monitoring and alerting
• Development and documentation of Operational procedures
  (including CI/CD scripts) as necessary to support day to day processing
• Ensure smooth flow of EDI business documents by troubleshooting user and EDI system issues in a timely manner using Sterling File Gateway (SFG)
• Provide general guidance and best practices as appropriate according to MUFG standards
• Production support activities, troubleshooting, high availability, and disaster recovery
• Monitor configuration manager, engines and adaptors across organizations using Sterling Control Center
• Monitor and resolve priority tickets within the specified timeline
• Production support to resolve file transfer issues and ensure that all business files are transmitted successfully
• Manage project timelines and deliverables

Required:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field plus 1 year of experience in the job offered, as Developer or related position
• Must have experience with: NetSuite and/or NetSuite ERP
  applications software, NetSuite Builder, Suite Flow, Suite Script, Linux, Unix, MySQL, SQL
• Able to telecommute from any location within the U.S
